With the professional support of community partners and the financial backing of DESE, we're delighted to offer students the opportunity to explore various pathways. Each pathway entails rigorous coursework, interaction with industry professionals, and immersive career experiences. These experiences aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success beyond Nipmuc. Additionally, the Innovation Career Pathways provide a comprehensive understanding of chosen career fields, including opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials, engage in college and career planning, pursue college-level courses for career advancement, and participate in internships or capstone projects. Collaborations with organizations such as the MassHire Central Region Workforce Board, Blackstone Valley Hub for Workforce Development, and local businesses ensure that the program meets students' needs while aligning with future labor market demands.
